Ruiz’s journey into human behavior didn't start in a corporate boardroom or classroom, it started in a dark place during his high school years when he was trying to navigate his own internal challenges. Discovering Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and life coaching completely changed the trajectory of his life. It worked so profoundly for him that his immediate focus shifted from fixing his own struggles to learning how to decode those exact mechanics so he could help others do the same. That foundational realization sparked a lifelong mission: mastering the science of personal breakthroughs.

For the past 7 years, He has worked professionally as a coach and speaker, guiding countless individuals through 1-on-1 breakthroughs and commanding stages with crowds reaching over a hundred people. But unlike traditional coaches who only live in theory, his frameworks are battle-tested in the real world. Alongside his coaching practice, He is an active business owner with years of extensive experience in corporate sales and management, and has spent the last 5 years serving as a youth director in a non-profit organization. Whether I'm training commercial teams or working privately with executives, Ruiz bridges deep emotional mastery with rigorous business execution to help people shatter their invisible ceilings.
